The Scientific Program Committee invites the submission of abstracts on original work or recently presented work.
Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only.
Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.
For an oral presentation, the presenting author must be a registered participant.
For an e-poster presentation, at least one of the authors must be a registered participant.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
The closing date for receipt of abstracts is extended to 14th October 2022
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on the final selection and presentation method.
The abstract should be written in English and submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx format only).
The abstract should be typed in A4 size paper, Times New Roman font style, 11-point font size, and single spacing. (Please use the Abstract Template)
The maximum word count is 300 words, containing the following items:
Title (maximum 50 words)
Authors’ details: Authors’ names should be written in full, without an academic title. It should be written as the first name and followed by the family name (Example: John Smith). The email address of the corresponding author (*) should be provided.
Affiliation details: It should include the detail of the institution, postal code, and country.
Abstract: Abstract should have Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions and Keywords (3-5 keywords).
The abstract should not contain any figure, table, sketch or reference.
